Ayoola Oke
Ayoola Babatunde Oke Esq. has a first degree BSc. in Sociology and Anthropology (1984 Ife) and a degree LLB. in Law at the at LASU 1990.
He has practiced Law and done Social Policy and Survey Research since he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992 and particularly gained experience in ICT/Telecommunication Law, Legal/Regulatory, Policy and Administration by serving in the following capacities:
Special Assistant to the Executive Vice Chairman/CEO of Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) (2004-2010)
Special Assistant to Honourable Minister of Communication Technology 2011-2012
Advised and represented many ICT companies and NCC as a legal practitioner.
In addition he has served on the board of Economic and Financial Crimes Commission EFCC and several Federal Government Committees on ICT matters.
He has also advised the Government of Sierra Leone through the Minister of Communications Alpha Kanu and made presentations to the National Executive Council on National Cloud Computing and other ICT matters
He continues to practice law with a strong focus on ICT Policy and Legal Administration matters.
